HBC Future Story

Hermon Baptist Church now has a ten-year future story. We invite you to take a look to learn about HBC's God-given future. On Sunday morning (June 1, 2008), Hermon Baptist Church heard the long-awaited Ten Year Future Story. This Future Story is the culmination of the church's 100 Days of Prayer and the resulting discussions that came out of the Prayer Triplets and Learning Experiences which were attended by members. As God's people sought God's vision for Hermon Baptist Church, the Lord was faithful as He gave insight to His people.

We believe the Lord desires for His church to work out of the box and to allow Him to stretch the people of God in ways that they would not always think about doing. We also hold to the idea that the Lord is pleased when believers seek to reach their world with the good news of redemption. This Future Story reflects many ways in which Hermon is going to have to get out of her comfort zone in order to reach people at home and in other places throughout the world.
