Worship and Praise

Throughout history, church music has played a vital role in bringing people to a higher place of worship to God. At Hermon, we seek to offer a blended music ministry which includes hymns and choruses, Southern Gospel and Contemporary styles.

Adult Choir meets on Sunday evening at 5:00 pm for practice. In addition to our support of regular worship times, we have been involved in Christmas and Easter cantatas, along with special emphasis events. Anyone who desires to use their God-given talent is invited to join the choir.

Children’s Music Ministry involves children and preschoolers through fifth grade. They participate in a Christmas and summer musical drama. They also practice children’s praise and worship music on Sunday evenings at 6:30 pm.
